As far I as know the decision of the sandiganbayan for me is better because that’s been a prove that the justice in the Philippines is not been lost.

 

So that ousted Philippine president Joseph Estrada was convicted Wednesday of corruption on a massive scale and sentenced to life in prison, more than six years after he was removed from office by a mass uprising. But the 70-year-old will be allowed to spend his jail time under house arrest until further notice, the Sandiganbayan anti-graft court said.

 

"Judgement is hereby rendered … finding the accused former president Joseph Ejercito Estrada guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of plunder," the Sandiganbayan said in its decision.(source Earth times.org)
